2.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from xaxino or from gambling platforms generally are not eligible to register or use the Platform during the period of their self-exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

3.4 Account Security. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. 6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on xaxino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event, as published in the betting rules section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, the xaxino rules applicable at the time of bet placement shall govern.
6.2 Obvious Errors. xaxino reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error ("Palpable Error"). Bets placed at palpably incorrect odds will be settled at the correct odds or voided at xaxino's discretion.

10.2 xaxino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary downtime for maintenance or technical reasons is not grounds for any claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 By xaxino. xaxino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, xaxino will conduct a review and communicate its findings to the account holder where legally permissible.
11.2 Outstanding Balances. Where an account is closed due to violation of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited in full, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where closure is initiated by xaxino for reasons other than a Terms violation, any verified account balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.
11.3 By the User. You may close your xaxino account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
xaxino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information held on their account (SMS to registered mobile number) or via a notice on the Platform.
